PAYMENT METHOD

BANK TRANSFER

Once you make the registration in your personal area, you will receive an email with the bank account details. It is important to send us an email with the receipt of the transfer to adm@ame2018.com, in the concept you will have to indicate the Congress Name + your name. Once we check the amount in the bank account, your registration will appear as paid in your personal area.

ONLINE PAYMENT

You can pay the registration fee though your personal area- payment status. To ensure that the transaction is done in secure environment and to avoid possible fraudulent card uses, the system will request you an authentication codes of the card that your bank provides you to pay by internet. Your registration will be confirmed once the payment is verified by the system. Please, if your billing has to be under the name of your company or university, please specify in the billing data menu.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be electronically mailed to the Technical Secretary secretaria@ame2018.com,The cancellations received before April, 30th 2018 will have a penalty of 15% for administration fees, after this date the penalty will be 100% of the expenses.
